Who We Are
DORSCHOOL was born out of a quiet rebellion against the boredom of traditional school. We refused to accept that learning had to feel like a chore. Instead, we dreamed it up as an adventure, a playground where knowledge becomes a source of joy, pride, and personal growth. From that first spark to what DORSCHOOL is today, our path has always pointed toward one goal: bringing rigor and fun together.

Since childhood, Emmalio DOR stood out as an outstanding student, known for his discipline, strong results, and his drive to help classmates succeed. In 2016, discovering programming sparked a dream that never left him: building a gamified tool that turns learning from an obligation into something motivating and accessible to everyone. Today, as a Software Engineer, he's turning that vision into reality, convinced that cognitive science and play can make education more effective, engaging, and rewarding.
Alongside him, Emmanuel Fils DOR, his mentor, has always carried the same passion for knowledge and for sharing it. An award winning student at multiple academic levels and a former university professor, he's dedicated to teaching and inspiring others. His path has led him to a Master's program in in Data Analytics, specializing in Data Science, at Western Governors University (USA). For him, DORSCHOOL's mission is clear: use technology to help everyone learn more effectively and for longer, through a free foundation of stimulating, tailored learning paths.
Together, the two brothers unite around one shared belief: education can mean fun, discipline, and personal growth, all at once. From that shared vision, DORSCHOOL was born: a platform built to move beyond traditional teaching methods and open up a new horizon, one where every learner, whether in school, in college, or already working, finds real meaning, lasting motivation, and the freedom to learn in a completely different way, one lesson and one win at a time.

They're supported by a multidisciplinary team spanning engineering, cognitive science, instructional design, data, and experience design.
We're still on our first version, but our commitment to quality already sits at the heart of everything we build. To create a learning experience that stays true to our vision, we work with carefully selected teachers and experts across different fields. Their role is essential: they safeguard academic rigor while helping drive the teaching innovation that sets our platform apart.
Right now, our hiring process follows a precise set of criteria to bring in people who can genuinely contribute to this mission. It isn't open to the public yet, but it will gradually open up to welcome more talent that shares our vision. Our strength comes from this alliance of expertise, passion, and innovation, one that builds trust and shapes the future of DORSCHOOL.
